It's a celebration of the sport and honoring Jimmy's legacy. Also a chance for surfers of all skill levels to come together and share their love for the ocean.
South Bay Board Co's involvement in the Jimmy Miller Surf Fiesta is a testament to their commitment to the surfing community. As a local surfboard company, they understand the importance of supporting events like these and giving back to the community that has supported them.
At the Surf Fiesta, South Bay Board Co sets up a booth where they showcase their latest board designs and offer expert advice to the participants. Their team of knowledgeable staff is always on hand to answer questions, provide tips, and help surfers find the perfect board for their skill level and riding style.
All competitors had the chance to use a SBBC board to compete and get a feel for the highest quality of soft-top surf boards. Everyone had an awesome time getting to test out the boards.
We also got the chance to get involved with 'The Friendship Foundation' which provides ocean therapy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We can confidently say our friends absolutely ripped it!
