Our goal is to always  exceed our customer's highest expectations in terms of product quality and customer service.

 

30 DAY GUARANTEE - SAVE YOUR BOX & BUBBLE WRAP!

All products are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee — You have 30 Days from the Date Your Order was Delivered to receive and examine your order. If you decide that you do not want your ordered item AND* have not used it yet, then you may return your item(s) for a full refund, If the Product is NEW and Un-USED*, minus the Return Shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee per item.

If you have used your ordered item and are not-satisfied with it, then you can still return your ordered item, however, your refund will have the Return Shipping Fee + 50% of the original purchase price Re-Stocking fee deducted from your refund.

So please be sure like what you are about to order - unfortunately our website is not a rental business.

Please be sure to save all the items that came with your order, including the box and bubble wrap. This way if you do want to return your order, you have the packaging needed to safely have the order completely returned. If we have to ship a box to you, there is a $50 box and bubble wrap fee + the shipping cost to get the box and bubble wrap to you. So please, just save your box and bubble wrap :)

To file a return under the 30 Day Guarantee, please contact us immediately with your order ID# and return request.

The refund, less shipping and restocking fee(s), will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

All contents from original packaging must be included in the return, any missing items will delay the refund process and effect the total refunded amount.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

No Worries - we have your back!

If your order arrives damaged upon delivery, please report it to us within 48 hours of the order being delivered by emailing us at info@southbayboardco.com.

It is vital that you contact us ASAP. We need to coordinate to get the damaged order picked up and returned so we can get the replacement out to you right away.

 

EDIT/CANCEL ORDER

It’s our goal to provide you with the best board buying experience imaginable. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order. If you wish to initiate a return once you have received the item(s), you may return your item(s) for a full refund, minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee per item. To file a return, please email us at info@southbayboardco.com under the 30 Day Guarantee.

  

RETURNS

We’re confident that you’ll be impressed by the quality of our surfboards, stand up paddle boards, accessories, and surf wear.

  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit to you.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@southbayboardco.com and we will do our best to help you out.
