FEDEX GROUND

All Surfboards, ISUPs, Wakesurf boards, Skimboards, Body Boards, and larger than-a-letter order items will be shipped with FedEx. FedEx is our principal carrier. Handling time for completed orders is same or next business day. 

Yup, we are fast with it - we get those confirmed orders packaged and shipped out the same or next business day. We do this to guarantee your order arrives in 2-5 business days max (usually 2 day shipping is our average). 

USPS

Our Accessories (generally) will be shipped with USPS on their standard flat rate shipping services. Handling time is same or next business day and all USPS orders are received in 2-4 Business Days.

FedEx, Daylight, and Aloha FREIGHT

Our larger, longer boards are required to ship on Less Than Truckload services (aka LTL Shipments). The items that have to be shipped via Freight are the 10'4 SUP, the 10' Surf SUP, the 9'6 Hybrid Surfboard, and the 9' Pro Surfboard.

We still ship out all Freight orders the same or next business day after the order has been paid for and confirmed. LTL Freight Transit time is typically very fast. 

We get all of our LTL Shipments on 3-5 business day transit routes, all at no extra charge to you.

For ALL  LTL Shipments, please provide the best contact phone number as your local Freight Dispatcher will call you to schedule a day & time window that is most convenient for you to receive your order.

Please be sure to Inspect your board very carefully before you sign off on the delivery.

If there is damage to the board upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN. Please refuse a damaged board (Shipper will take it back with them right then and there) and notify us as we will immediately get a replacement sent your way asap.
